As
we become a more affluent and cosmopolitan society,
more and more couples are placing a great deal
of emphasis on the 'little details' when it comes
to throwing a party to celebrate their wedding.
'Little details' that will make their wedding
celebrations that extra bit special. One such
area where couples are now allocating a slightly
larger portion of their budget on is wedding favours.

Depending
on the amount the couple intends to spend on each
guest, there are many alternatives to choose from.
Some decide to purchase tulle and ribbon, round
up family members, and start a production line
wrapping chocolate while others may order directly
from a 'specialist' vendor's catalogue of wedding
favours.
Those
who are more traditional in nature will often
select favours that are symbolic of marriage.
Wedding bells ringing in church announcing the
union of man and wife is depicted in the form
of a miniature wedding bell. And as we all know,
chopsticks are only of use if they come in pairs,
therefore reflecting the love, encouragement and
support between two people very much in love.
Another novel idea would be to present every guest
with a mini-version of the wedding cake as a memento
of the special occasion.

Tip
: It is best to prepare extra favours in case
of an unexpected jump in the guest list.
