We ran a feature
entitled 'An Array Of Photography Packages' a
couple of months ago and received encouraging
response to the story. This has encouraged us
to feature a few more photographers whom we believe
will provide additional options for couples to
choose from.
The wedding photography
segment of the industry has seen an explosion
of talent of late with many newer entrants coming
into the market. Credit has to go to the existing
pool of entrenched and experienced talent who
have slowly but surely brought the standards of
wedding photography to a higher level in recent
years. Their inspired work has perhaps motivated
nascent and budding talents to join the fray.
For soon-to-be-wed couples, this means greater
variety in terms of photographic styles as well
as an even greater selection of packages to choose
from.
Ask to see photographers' most recent work
as their styles may evolve over time.
Word-of-mouth recommendations should always
be a priority.
If you like a particular photographer's
work, be willing to give him or her a chance
even if he or she is pretty new to the market.
Trust your judgement.
