an Indian wedding

Being
in a multiracial and multicultural country like
Malaysia allows us the privilege of experiencing
the many facets of weddings. Rituals, traditions,
food and the like, vary from one wedding to another,
testament to the diversity of the society we live
in.
This
diversity, while an inherent part of our lives,
creates many challenges for wedding photographers.
Knowledge of customs aside, it is also necessary
for them to be armed with a keen eye and have
quick reflexes, traits that distinguish a good
photographer from a mediocre one.

For
the bride and groom, it is important to relay
the planned chronological order of wedding day
activities to the photographers ahead of time.
With some idea of the day's events at hand, it
will then enable them to plan ahead and remain
focused, ensuring that every memorable moment
is captured.

Tip
: Identify and appoint a 'pointman' for the photographers
to confer with during your wedding day.
